"Been with this insurance for about 10years Auto and renters it was great in the beginning. They started getting sloppy after this hurricane last year and put us on a payment plan and messed up our bill. Now we caught up on the insurance. We took a car off our policy and added a different car. Was told one price when we started the insurance and a month later the insurance doubled. It went from $184 to $388 in a month. Never in my life have I paid that much. They told us they're the cheapest insurance around. I laughed at them because progressive quoted me about $200 cheaper. So long StateFarm."

"Robbed me of a whole month of insurance because of a hurricane. You gonna cancel my insurance for $56? Because they lost the bill in the money that I gave them and showed them proof that I made the payment. And they still wanna cancel my insurance. I will give you your 56 bucks.
